Alison Centanni brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, executive leadership, and dental and orthodontic practice consulting. She combines a passion for operational systems and technology with a talent for developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
She began her career in marketing for a single dental practice before advancing to Marketing Trainer and Regional Manager, where she oversaw marketing for more than 70 practices. She later joined MB2 Dental Solutions as Director of Strategic Development, helping create scalable systems, improve operations, and develop strong leaders. Alison then served as Executive Director of a multi-location private practice for seven years, leading its growth and day-to-day operations.
Today, Alison continues to serve as Chief Operating Officer for an orthodontic practice she has partnered with for more than 10 years. Through Cultivate Consulting, she helps dental and medical practices strengthen operations, develop leaders, and build teams that thrive. Her passion is creating efficient systems that empower practice owners to spend less time managing the business and more time caring for patients.
